Hello, to speak bluntly, loss of your teeth won't cause you to loose your life. You can live indefinitely without them. However, your quality of life will be affected. You will not be able to properly chew, which might make you miss out on your favourite things to eat. Also,  you might start having problems in the adjacent and the opposite teeth. Therefore, my advice to you would be to replace it as soon as you can.
