Looks like you are suffering from Irreversible pulpitis which generally results from caries or tooth decay.The pain associated with pulpitis can range from mild to severe and sometimes can be radiating in nature.For predictable and permanent removal of pain you need to consult a dental surgeon as soon as possible. The dentist will do a thorough check up to diagnose your situation and give you the required treatment which looks like Rct in your case.
