Earlier teeth filling was done ,pain when chewing or biting, especially when you release the bite. sensitivity to heat, cold, or sweetness. pain that comes and goes, but is rarely continuous. swelling of the gum around the affected tooth.

You go to dental clinic take an x-ray, I may doubt you may have fractured your teeth so If the teeth is broken there is no way you can save it .. u need to have to extract teeth .. but if there is no fracture and infection have occured than go for root canal treatment and medication. ...

The symptoms suggest you could have developed a fracture in that tooth and an infection is developing as there is a gum swelling.There is no home remedy .You need to visit the dentist as early as possible.Dentist wil evaluate the tooth clinically and radiographically. If the fracture is only of the crown then a RCT can be done to save it but if the vertical fracture of the whole tooth has happened then an extraction is required to be done.
