Pain while undergoing rct is common. Use painkiller which is prescribed by your dentist three times a day and avoid chewing food from the other side. Once the treatment is completed the infection is treated you will find a significant reduction in pain  . Consult your dentist and discuss the issue.
Next Steps

Health Tips
take medicine on time and avoid hot or cold food. Chew from the other side of paining area.  Donot use self home remedy as it may cause more pain than relief for such ask your dentist.
