Yes they can be corrected by orthodontic treatment...For this the dentist would need few X rays ...That along with clinical examination can give you a rough idea of time ..

You need to go for braces treatment for correction and time depends on the severity of malocclusion present and we can judge only after seeing x ray report and case clinically You need to visit near by dentist for full information
