Teeth hole
Hi,
My teeth are not good. I have to go through root canal two time. In my 1 teeth i can see one very small hole is there.Is there any way i can do home remedy for this. One more think how to make teeth healthy.

Hello, visit a dentist and get it checked.if required get an X-ray done.if there is a cavity get it filled. or if there is any infection get it treated.

Hello,
You need to see an Endodontist and get the RCT done,followed by a crown.Get the other small cavities filled ASAP.Maintain good oral hygiene with regular professional cleaning and check ups at regular 6month intervals.

The most simple and best activity that you can do at home to keep your teeth and gums healthy is proper tooth brushing twice daily and regular mouth rinsing after every meal. Ask your dentist to demonstrate the correct brushing technique and follow the same.
