Teeth & heartburn after I eat
I never had "heartburn" before I went to the dentist (4 days ago) and had an "indirect pulp cap" due to 2 cracked teeth. I have the temp filling, but go back to have permanent next Monday. They said they gave me Carbociane for local anesthetic). Had slight fast heartbeat while in dentist's chair. I have hypoglycemia and get rapid heart beats from time to time anyway when I have too much sugar/carbs. What do I do about burning sensation? It does go away after a while. I feel it on chest and back.

First of all the term "heartburn" is a misnomer and it actually refers to the acid reflex from the stomach and has nothing to do with the heart. It has been wrongly named so in colloquial terminology because the pain originates at a site near to the heart. Secondly your description is slightly twisted because you cannot get hypoglycemia after taking a diet rich in sweets or carbs.
Mild and Temporary palpitation due to the effect of local anaesthesia is not a major concern and once the effect of anaesthesia wears off, these symptoms subside.
Practically speaking, you are having a problem unrelated to your dental treatment and the only reason that is bothering you is the fact that they occured concomitantly or in tandem.
You can take antacids like pantoprazole 40 milligrams once a day for a few days so that the gastric acidity subsides.
