It could be due to some trauma to tooth, which lead to some infection in that tooth. X ray will be required to diagnose it properly. Please attach some clear photograph of tooth. So consult doctor through online or offline mode.

Duscolored teeth can indicate infection in tooth. You need to get it checked clinically. It's mostly due to trauma. If jerve is infected, you will need rct of the tooth before any cosmetic correction for discoloration

Dear Patient Did you have some kind of trauma to your front tooth. ? That is the commonest reason behind it. It needs treatment. For that we need to take an x-ray first to thoroughly diagnose. You can't take precautions now. As this has already happened
