It could be due to some trauma to tooth, which lead to some infection in that tooth. X ray will be required to diagnose it properly. Please attach some clear photograph of tooth.

Duscolored teeth can indicate infection in tooth. You need to get it checked clinically. It's mostly due to trauma. If jerve is infected, you will need rct of the tooth before any cosmetic correction for discoloration
By the picture it is noted that u might be having a trauma to the teeth that has to be addressed through an x ray first and then need to look into it properly
