My teeth is damage and tartar is in my teeth,how to clean tartar and solve damage teeth.then please refer for good whitening toot paste.

Hello, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

First step should be to get rid of tartar, you should get your teeth cleaned(scaling and polishing). Secondly get all your damaged teeth treated.

Hi,Please visit a dentist to get professional teeth cleaning done which will remove the tartar .Also brush twice daily & use a mouthwash.

Hello, you can visit a dentist and get professional cleaning done and damaged tooth rectified.For tooth whitening you need to get a Bleaching procedure done.Toothpaste wont help. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
