Hello sir... your history seems you have crowding teeth which causes food lodgement and deposits which cause pain and gum bleeding..... However complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out cause.. if there is any deposits then you need to go for scaling.....orthodontic braces treatment should be done to align your teeth which will improve the periodontal health of your teeth and prevents furthur deposits and food lodgement
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

Hello. A clinical check up is required to evaluate the status of your gums, teeth and the bone levels. Movement of the teeth that are ahead to a good position using orthodontics should help in increasing the effeciancy of your brushing thereby improving the health of the gums. A Periodontist check up also would be desirable.

Because of irregular position of teeth it becomes difficult to clean all areas of teeth which caused accumulation of tar and irritation to your gums leading to inflammation, pain and bleeding.  Get your teeth cleaned from dentist/gum specialist after that do treatment for correction of teeth position
Next Steps
Teeth & Gums cleaning Correction of teeth alignment Proper brushing and mouth rinsing Regular dental check up every year
