Teeth ache when eating sweets.
When I take bi bites of sweets , for example if I eat an entire rasgulla at once, my teeth ache for 15-30 seconds. All my premolars and molars ache, not any particular tooth. I had a recent free dental check up and got to know that I have no cavities. What should I do?

Hello sir.... you history seems you have sensitive tooth or you may have cavities in between teeth.. sensitivity may be due to enamel loss(Due to faulty tooth brushing)Or gum recession which expose the root..... Get X-RAY(IOPA) and bite wing radiograph of the involved tooth region done to rule out caries in between tooth and hidden occlusal caries...

It could be sensitivity related to recession of gums or wearing out of enamel. Sometimes cavities between the teeth are best detected by X-rays. It is advisable to get a dental check up done to confirm
