Hi, you should consider it seriously and get yourself evaluvate further , government centers will help you to get further diagnosed and treatment, and I would suggest you to opt for government centre as it's taking lot of efforts to eradicate tb from India and also it's free. Quality of this centres are also very good.

Yes it is positive but it doesn't mean u are suffering from TB. It is not confirmatory test.
U should do sputum smear test and then CBNAAT.

Hi,
Your Mantoux test is strongly positive. A positive Mantoux test doesn't always mean someone has TB disease; it just means that the bacteria have been in the body at some time. Also, a diagnosis of tuberculosis is never based solely on a Mantoux/PPD tuberculosis test.

Why did you take the test? Just means you were exposed to TB. Doesn’t mean you have it. If you have fever more than 2 weeks or weight loss we ll evaluate
