Tapering escitalopram
Male, 30 I got a panick attack two year ago in the month of May 2021 (got to know by psychiatrist), i have been diagnosed with by escitalopram+ clonazapam in starting and later on only escitalopram s vocita tab .....i thought tapering the dosages but symptoms again came so again I consult my psychiatrist he told me not to taper the dosages right now ......it has been 1.5 yr ,i tapered the dose from 10mg to 5mg and then to 5mg alternately taking NEXITO ESCITLOPRAM 5MG alternately from 4 month but FEELING WITHDRAWL SYMPTOMS MOSTLY DIZZINESS, LIGHTHEADNESS AND BRAIN ZAPS , Weakness etc... please recommend what should I do should I continue to take  5 mg alternately

Hi . Withdrawal symptoms will subside in 2 to 3 wks period.
