Side effects are NOT an an Absolute kind of phenomenon. This means there is no rule that each patient will have every side effect. A major chunk of patients escape most side effects.
The more common side effects like nausea and vomiting are common that too only for the first 3-5 days.
There is absolutely no way of predicting whether such short duration wil lead to any sexual side effect all.

I would recommend that if your faith doesn’t lie in this drug then discuss with your psychiatrist the alternatives of the medicine if you aren’t convinced with escitalopram
