* Seizures that can be fatal
* Relapse of symptoms such as irritability, anger outburst, sleep disturbances
* Relapse of symptoms can result in more severe symptoms and response towards the medication decrease and again more number of medication at higher dose need to control symptoms
Medication can be tapered gradually over 2-3 weeks * after assessing current symptoms and improvement, evaluating past symptoms and history
