Hello dear user. Vitamin and protein supplements for a longer use is not safe for anyone. It must be sure that have you any deficiency of these nutrients or not. If there is no deficiency then there is no need to take extra supplements. If you have deficiency then you should must take a gap of one or two weeks within two different months of supplementation course.
