I am facing tailbone fracture for last 2months Kindly advise what to do and how fast shall i recover

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Its a worsest location to face any fracture. Gender is another big issue, use coccydina seat avoid seating long, driving, put hot or cold fomentation, and if available go for PEMF therapy in local clinic if available to improve or accelerate healing.

Tailbone fracture full recovery may take 3 months to 6 months You should use a coccyx cushion all the time to recover faster Whenever you sit use a coccyx cushion If however as the weeks go by the pain is same then you may require an intervention so if not visited an orthopaedic doctor please do so as soon as possible
