Tail bone pain
I have tail bone pain from past few days I have been effected with sciatica and I'm under medication from few months but this tail bone pain is severe from past few days after I reach home from office post sitting for long hours. Please help me to know the reason and treatment for it.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. You may sit in a tub filled with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --.  Sit on a  pillow  on thighies and tail bone not touching the seat. --. Its because of inflammatory changes over coccyx muscle and bone Treatment is sitz bath, soft cushion use for sitting, pain medicine
