Tab piranulin usage
62/f ,lacunar stroke, infarct in SCWM, on aspirin 75mg since a month as prescribed by general physician, suffered from fracture shaft of humerus now..consulted orthopedician and neurophysician yesterday, she has prescribed tab piranulin by neurophysician for stroke... Can she start using the tablet, or stop it for the time being as she suffered a fracture and she will be posted for surgery in 3 days,When is it safe to start using piranulin?

Hello mam. There is no evidence that piranulin helps stroke patients. You can discontinue it without any worry.

You can take the medication after surgery. Stopping for few days is ok
