Hello sir my name is Waseem I am 28 year old . I have an so many symptoms my MRI of brain shows Lacunar infarct in left thalamus

You are on the younger side and should be thoroughly investigated to find a cause, so that it does not happen again. Common causes of lacunar infarcts are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and smoking. Exercise 30 min daily e.g. Brisk walking. Seek the care of a good neurologist near you.
