Stop penicillin injection,as it may have caused the severe allergy.You may need steroids and antihistamine injections to clear the skin allergy . Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks is the alternate treatment in people with penicillin allergy.

Please share details of your medical history. Get Cbp and blood sugar done.
For rashes, take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days days, tab prednisone 20mg one in morning for 5 days.
For syphilis, stop penicillin and start tab doxycycline 100mg. Morning and evening for 14 days.
