Symptoms to look out for after dnc
Hi, I had a miscarriage on 11th nov and had a dnc in 23rd dec to remove RPOC and after 10 days I had on and off mild bleeding for three days with symptoms like cramps and acne. I assume it was my period. Today is 10th Jan and for two days I have had gas like symptoms - increased burps and slight pain in lower right abdomen. I want to know if it's normal or its infection related like BV or PID. What other symptoms I need to watch out for? Note- I was on antibiotics 5 days before dnc and for 10 days after dnc.

Better to take consultation, as lower abdomen pain because of uterine contractions won't present after 20 days of D&E

A slight pain in the lower abdomen is normal following an abortion because the uterus contracts and reverts to the pre pregnant state Gas and burps could be because of acidity Which could be because of a side effect of the antibiotics you can take an antacid
