Miscarriage
Hello Doctor, As per TVS report my wife is in 7th week 4 days pregnancy. Her last menstrual period starts at 16th Feb 2020. We did Pregnancy test and result was positive at home dated on 23rd March 2020. Later we consulted with one Gynaecologist once we noticed vaginal spotting after 3 days . Doctor did sonography and informed its look like cornual pregnancy amd suggested to do sonography to rule out ectopic pregnancy after 1 week . On 1st April 2020 we did TVS again with a dedicated sonologist as per doctor advice that time as per report as Gestational sac seen in upper endometrial cavity towards right . CRL 1.7mm 6week 1 day . Fetal pole and yolk sac seen. Cardiac activity not present that time . So we met with doctor with that report and doctor asked us to wait for more 10 days .so again doctor did sonography on 11th April 2020 and informed no growth in fetus and no cardiac activity and informed Miscarriage. Pls suggest method for abortion, medical or surgical .

definitely all doctors will try only medical termination of pregnancy and if it is not working then we can switch over to surgical treatment of evacuation of the retained products mostly with medicine such an early pregnancy can come out if it is not possible only then surgery will be considered
