Do an ultrasound of Pelvis first to ensure the pregnancy is inside the uterus only. Then go ahead with the pills. Also, remember that in patients with previous LSCS, the abortus may adhere inside and not get expelled completely so make sure you report to your doctor if bleeding persists after taking the pills
