Hello ,swollen and painful gums are d sign of gingivitis and periodontitis . U need to consult  a dentist for it  or u can upload d pick . Meanwhile  u can take a painkiller if pain is unbearable , Mouthwash . Hexigel gum paint any on d gums , keep for 15 mins and rinse , 3 times a day  for 8 days . U may require oral prophylaxis  and a course of antibiotics , but u need to take an online consultation  for proper evaluation  and further treatment  plan and guidance.
