As an Acupuncturist, My suggestion is to pack both of your middle fingers with Horsegram (Kollu) with Micropore Tape overnight. Continue this remedie for three consecutive nights. (These point Corresponds your knees)
Next Steps
Also apply Red color (Marker) in back side of Both Middle fingers (These point Corresponds your knees)
Health Tips
This Remedie may look very simple, but just give it try. It is very very effective.
