Since a week I have been suffering with high fever and swollen gums blisters in mouth and swollen lymph nodes. The fever just doesn't go , I kissed someone almost two weeks back , can it be because of that ? Or is it normal health issue.

It could be ... or it could be unrelated to the kiss.
Generalised malaise weakness, viral fever or anything that brings immunity down may cause oral blisters and ulcers.
If your fever is present without abating for 2 weeks you must visit your physician.
