Did you bite on your lower lip accidentally. Since then this fluid filled swelling..? Metrogyl DG Gel, 3 times/day, after food.

brush with soft bristled brush. make sure to not accidentally brush on gum adjacent to teeth l. Luke warm salt water gargle 4-5 times/day. BETADINE mouth gargle once a day
