Swollen carotid artery in neck

Im a 16 year old female. Ive noticed whenever I do exercise for a while, my left carotid artery pulsates so strongly it hurts. I got my bloodwork done earlier this month, I went to a cardiologist and lung doctor, and nothings wrong except I have costochondritis. I get a little lightheaded and a few headaches a week tho that might be genetic. Thanks

I can find my pulse in my neck just fine on both sides. However, when I move my fingers up the "tube" after I find my pulse my right tube feels larger in my neck then my left. Is this just my carotid artery that I'm feeling and is it just a little larger than the left side? Is it a swollen lymph node? Is it a tumor? I've had no symptoms or anything

I'm lean and usually I can clearly see my colar bones, with less uper body fat. I recently observed that my right neck pulse is more visible then the left. The right carotid artery seems to be clearly visible. I can see it much clearly when I bend my neck back. But only on the right side. Is that serious?

I noticed today that the right side of my neck is a little swollen. My right side neck also hurts. Especially if I sleep on a high pillow. When I touch this part of the neck, I do not feel anything like a tumor or a lymphnode. Is it lymphnode swelling or Sternocleidomastoid swelling? I am not currently taking any medicine.
