Neck swollen
I noticed today that the right side of my neck is a little swollen. My right side neck also hurts. Especially if I sleep on a high pillow. When I touch this part of the neck, I do not feel anything like a tumor or a lymphnode. Is it lymphnode swelling or Sternocleidomastoid swelling? I am not currently taking any medicine.

Get a USG scan done for your neck for confirmation and avoid diagnosis on Google for your symptoms to avoid anxiety. Please note on the basis of this picture the is no obvious swelling or abnormalities.
