Swollen neck
My neck seems to be thick/swollen on the right side. I don't have any pain. It looks like swelling is in left love thyroid. Left side of neck is thin and fine. Left side is swollen it's been like this for months and now it seems to get slightly bigger. What should I do ?

Please get an USG neck and thyroid function tests (free T3, T4, TSH, anti TPO and anti TG done on an empty stomach after overnight fasting). Consult online with the reports and a picture of the neck for further management.
