Swellling on the gums
Since couple of days I have a swelling on my right side bottom teeth gums. It pains on pressing over the area but there is no pain otherwise. On inhaling cold air, there is a slight burning (shivering) sensation. Can you please suggest what this could be and how should I approach this.

You can go for X-rays like iopa or OPG then you can make out it is tooth related or gum related
