Swelling under right arm
Hi doctor,
Hello doctor., I have a slight swelling under right armpit since 2 months with no cysts. It causes no pain . I consultef a gynaecologist and the doctor said it is only a fat. Is it possible to have fat under only one arm. Please help with the solution. Currently I don't have any other issues or ongoing treatmen. Should I go see a doctor immediately or it's normal. Am attaching the pictures.

Rt axillary swelling.
Do u have family history of breast Ca?
Do u have done self breast exam ?
Do u have found any nodule , lump ?
Is there any change in size and texture of nipple/ areola ? Or change in skin texture.
It can be early signs , including any watery discharge from nipples and should not ne ignored.
Tenderness can be due to underlying abscess/pus or infection.do u have fever or any other complaints or on any other harmonal medications or contraceptive pills.consult me here on practo for advice and precautions.
