Can't come to a specific diagnosis with the given information, but i would advise you to meet your OBGYN and undergo the necessary investigations. The cervical problem will require you to meet an orthopedician and undergo the necessary investigations such as X-Ray or CT/MRI to ind the underlying cause. You may require a whole body check up if you haven't done one and do a full body check up regularly on a yearly basis which would give an idea of any anomalies and it can be treated at the earliest.

Is your periods painful. Just treating everything blindly is not the solution. First we need to know why the problem is arising and a complete history...  No pathy is so miraculous that will treat ur problem without knowing the complete history.. Don't fell pray to useless advertisement.. Consultant a good obstetrics and Gynaecologist Doctor.... U will be alright.
Next Steps
visit some good OBGY doctor. know ur problem before taking medications...
