  4. Swelling on face. To allergic reaction?

My sister's T3/T4 and TSH value were high and was advised Thyronorm. She was taking this medicine for last one year. During recent check up these values found low and also she lost weight. Doctor now advised neomercazole. After starting this medicine, her face got swollen. Is it due to allergic reaction? Thanks
