Swelling on face and slight on hands.
I had my left wisdom tooth removal a month back. After a month slight swelling on face and slight below wisdom tooth area. Dentist prescribed Topcef - 200, Pan - d & Hifenac - p for 5 days. From 4rth day onwards I started feeling swelling slightly more swelling on face and hands and legs too. At times facing problem in opening my left eyes properly because of left face swelling.

Hi.... Swelling is common after the surgery and it will subsided after taking antibiotics and painkillers. But you are saying you have swelling on hands, legs also... You better consult physician as well as treated dental surgeon for their opinion.

Madam you have not specified upper or lower wisdom tooth...But as per your complaint it might be upper wisdom tooth.. Generally swelling doesn't say for more than 5 days if proper medicines are taken...Along with warm water salt gargels.Swelling persisting for more days might be an Hematoma .I.e.. During giving injection for local anesthesia it's a common complication.In such cases there is difficulty in opening mouth and swelling ...But with proper post operative care it slowly comes down to normal.
