  4. Swelling in testicle. Suggest treatment!

Swelling in testicle
Swelling in left testicle of my son from last two three days without any pain now swelling is also decrease but it have heaviness in that testicle please suggest treatment

Swelling needs more evaluation. Was there any trauma to testes? Was it red and inflamed as well. Please attach a photo for evaluation.
