Swelling in gums near cavity
I have a cavity in one upper tooth. Since last 3 days I am having swelling in the gums near this cavity. I am unable to eat from that side of my mouth. I need to travel early morning tomorrow. What tablets should I take to cure this issue.

We cannot prescribe medicines without seeing the clinical condition of the patient,so see a dentist asap ,do some warm saline rinses 4-5 times daily,,avoid eating from the painful side.
