hello. You need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. The best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.

Dear sir You can also gargle with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt in it twice daily

Hi,Please keep the wisdom tooth area cleaned by brushing the area properly & use a mouthwash.If the problem still persists visit a dentist who will decide whether the wisdom tooth has to be removed or not.Also take painkiller to relieve pain.
