1. Ice pac 4 times in ist 24 hrs
2. Warm water fomantation 2-3 /day 2nd day on wards.
3. Gentle hand exercises
4. Paracetamol 2tab sos.

Give rest to the affected finger, ideally in a Cot splint.
Apply Ice pack at least 5-6 times a day.
Keep the finger up, don't keep it hanging.
Take Tab Chymoral AP three times a day after food for 5 days.

There seems to be soft tissue injury in middle finger.. There is a possibility of fracture in such cases..
