I had cavity in my wisdom tooth so got them extracted but there was cavity in adjacent tooth(temporarily filled). But my tooth has no pain while eating or putting hot or cold water . But when i put pressure on the cheek (where the tooth is )from outside there is no pain but as i remove my hand. Something automatically starts to move and then instantly there is pain in cheek and it spreads around eye and head. Some sort of inflamation. Sometimes i feel some needle touching around the tooth.

Better to get the intraoral x-ray done to decide the problem,as there could be some kind of little amount of infection in the tooth which was filled with temporary material.
Next Steps
visit ur dentist to get the intraoral x-ray done.
