Could be as simple as edema in feet due to prolonged sitting which can resolve by compression stocking from any Pharmacy. Drink plenty of oral fluids if you don't have a diagnosed kidney or heart disease. Please consult on phone for further evaluation.

My diagnosis you are suffering with UTI It turns out that one of the easiest ways to trigger a UTI is stress. Yes, stress! If an individual puts too much pressure on themselves, it can contribute to the condition. Although stress itself cannot actually cause a UTI, it does affect how individuals take care of themselves. Usually self-diagnosable A bladder infection may cause pelvic pain, increased urge to urinate, pain with urination and blood in the urine. A kidney infection may cause back pain, nausea, vomiting and fever. People may experience: Pain areas: in the bladder, groin, lower abdomen, or pelvis Pain circumstances: can occur during urination or during sexual intercourse Urinary: foul smelling urine, frequent urination, bladder spasm, cloudy urine, dark urine, persistent urge to urinate, sense of incomplete bladder emptying, or blood in urine Whole body: fatigue, fever, or malaise Also common: cramping or vaginal irritation

Bilateral swollen feet may be due to prolonged standing/ sitting without movement, which may resolve next day morning, side effect of some drugs like Amlodipine, or due to issues in other organs. I would like to have a detailed history to reach any conclusions for which you may text me personally. Burning sensation after urination may suggest urinary tract infection as well.
Next Steps
Try to move around once in a while while working from home. Get your bp checked . Drink plenty of water for urinary problems if not the leg swelling worsens.

Hi, any burning during urination? Or burning in feet only? Any other symptoms? Is your sleep okay? Looks like your water intake is less. Please drink enough fluids and eat high protein diet. Keep walking in between when you are home. Do not sit for a long time. You can soak your feet in cold water twice a day. Also, try wearing stockings/socks for a few days. Please let me know how you feel after a few days.

Try lemonade daily

Are u feeling urgency or frequent urination. Leg swelling generally occurs because of an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the tissues of the lower extremity. Common causes of leg swelling include idiopathic Edema (Swelling of Unknown Cause), overweight, Is older, salt retention, cellulitis, congestive heart failure, venous insufficiency, pregnancy, and medication side effects. Some tips that may help reduce swelling: 1. Put your legs on pillows to raise them above your heart while lying down. 2. Exercise your legs. This helps pump fluid from your legs back to your heart. 3. Follow a low-salt diet, which may reduce fluid buildup and swelling. 4. Wear support stockings (sold at most drugstores and medical supply stores). 5. When traveling, take breaks often to stand up and move around. 6. Avoid wearing tight clothing or garters around your thighs. 7. Lose weight if you need to.
