Could be an abscess or a hemorrhoid mass. Take diclofenac to relieve pain. Do Sitz Bath twice a day ( pour 2-3 spoons of betadine solution in lukewarm water in a small tub and sit for 15-20 minutes). Take syp. Lactulose at bedtime to avoid constipation. And see a surgeon.
