Fluid from anus
Some fluid is leaking from my anus. I had pain at beginning for 2 days. Now i have no pain as such, but fluid keeps coming out. I have no pain during defecation. Blood never came out.

Based on your symptoms its difficult to diagnose conclusively as you need digital rectal examination with detailed history and clinical examination... Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
