Swelling in ankle -Uric acid pls answer
My mother is having swelling in the ankle pic is attached There is pain on walking  it is from almost 2-3 years earlier her uric acid level was increased but recently we got are testing done uric acid level report is also attached test its normal right now then why she is having some swelling and this pain is it because of uric acid level or something else problem what should be do Her Glucose after food is 187 and fasting is near 100 Is also bp patient and bp medicines Should we give her medicine for uric acid

As per image, I could not appreciate significant swelling.As for uric acid levels, it is normal at this point of time.Pain could be due to due various causes-synovitis/arthritis.Hence, detailed evaluation is needed.

I think u have to do whole Ra profile and morning stiffness history also important here Also look for hypertension checkup If swelling is bilateral then it might be related to hypertension
