Why did I get swelling at lower lid? What's the reason? If i touch it, it pains. What to do ? Please help (Photo attached)

hello it is stye or hordeolum externum. It is infection of glands present at root of lashes Try A warm compresses B. Apply antibiotic ointment like Azithromycin ointment locally along lid margin It will resolve in a week Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persists

It looks like infection of glands of eye lid. Please start warm compresses. Consult ophthalmologist online or offline to start antibiotic eye drops
