Swelling ankle
My ankle got twisted inwards last week on Sunday while I was playing. The pain is not very severe but it has got swallon and it is painful when I press it. I have applied an ice pack a number of times but it has still not recovered. Also, when I held my foot upwards, swallon part pains

It is probably you have sprained your ankle. You should be assessed by a qualified physiotherapist and treated. In the meantime you could possibly try wearing ankle support for the stabilization of your foot. Dr vijay Ramnani MCSP
