Swelling and pain in armpit
I have swelling and pain in my right armpit it feels like my lymph node is swollen. The pain is radiating to the breast arm and ear. My ultrasound and cbc is okay, vitamin d is very low (7). Anything to worry? Any further testing required?

May be pain is because of muscular spasm i think
Better take pain killers for 2-3 days and calicium supplements

The enlarged lymphs signify infection you need antibiotics
the pain could be because of low vitamin D levels
You can repeat the ultrasound after the course of antibiotics

The scan is normal and even the lymph nodes aren't showing any significant enlargement. So there is no cause of worry!
Your pain could be muscle or bone related pain. Take vItamin D supplements regularly. If your pain persists consult an orthopedician.
