C-section has done 6 months before. From last 3 months pain is observed at the back. From last two weeks huge Swell and pain at upper back right side. Exactly back side of chest.

If there is swelling and fever , it could be an infection with pus.
If no fever and only swelling, could be an injury which isn't healing.
