Swallowing too much air
Hi Doctors, Last 2 months I have been swallowing air and always over conscious about my throat and doing this swallowing while talking, opening mouth for any action.. I couldn't control it now as it becomes a practice. I'm afraid to open mouth or for talking. It all started with a small thorat irritation 2 months before when I had natural cold water for few months due to weather.. now I'm suffering a lot swallowing air while talking, while opening mouth for anything. Please help me how to fix this issue. Thank you!
